Biography

Tony Lelièvre is a researcher and Professor at École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. He is a member of the Matherials joint project team between ENPC and Inria, and a Hi! PARIS Fellow.

His research focuses on computational statistical physics, stochastic methods, molecular simulation, and multiscale modeling. He works on numerical methods for molecular dynamics, free energy computations, metastable stochastic processes, adaptive sampling methods, and rare event simulation. His work connects applied mathematics with applications in materials science, molecular dynamics, complex fluids, and scientific computing.
