Arthur Leclaire is a Professor in Applied Mathematics and Image Processing at Télécom Paris, where he joined the IMAGES team in 2023, and a Hi! PARIS Fellow. His research focuses on mathematical image processing, deep learning, and generative models, with applications in texture modeling, image analysis, synthesis, and restoration. He also works on optimal transport and optimization methods for inverse problems.

Before joining Télécom Paris, he was an Associate Professor at the Institut de Mathématiques de Bordeaux from 2018 to 2023 and held a teaching and research position at ENS Cachan, now ENS Paris-Saclay, from 2014 to 2018. He completed his PhD at Université Paris Descartes and obtained his HDR in 2023.
