Jhony H. Giraldo is an Assistant Professor at Télécom Paris, where he works in the Multimedia team at the Information Processing and Communications Laboratory (LTCI). He is also a member of the ELLIS Society. He is also a Hi! PARIS Fellow for the 2026-2029 period.

His research focuses on geometric deep learning, graph and higher-order networks, computer vision, machine learning, and graph signal processing. He received his PhD in Applied Mathematics from La Rochelle Université in 2022. During his doctoral studies, he was a visiting researcher at CentraleSupélec, Université Paris-Saclay, and at Università degli Studi di Napoli Parthenope in Italy. Before that, he worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Delaware on graph signal processing.
