DESCRIPTION:L’intelligence artificielle transforme déjà le travail des dirigeants : reporting\, coordination\, suivi de performance\, aide à la décision\, automatisation de tâches managériales… \nMais si l’IA prend en charge une partie croissante du management\, que reste-t-il aux leaders ? Que doivent-ils encore apprendre et comment apprendre le leadership ? \nDans cette masterclass RESKILL\, Emmanuel Coblence\, Professeur de Leadership à HEC Paris et responsable académique des programmes Executive Education dans ce domaine\, partagera les enseignements de ses dernières recherches sur l’impact de l’IA générative et de l’IA agentique sur le management et l’organisation du travail. DESCRIPTION:The Hi! PARIS reading groups propose studying a topic using scientific articles from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The reading groups are opportunities for interaction between our corporate donors and our affiliates’ academic teams around selected topics of interest. \nEach edition is planned for 2-3 sessions\, presenting one topic through 3-4 research papers. For each session: presentation of mathematical models and theoretical advances by a researcher + simulations with a Python notebook by an engineer. \nThis edition is dedicated to Fairness in AI.
